At Al Muntazir Nursery School we give importance to learning through play. The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework compliments this methodology as all the areas of learning in this framework focus on exploring and hands on learning.

The EYFS framework provides a structure education for children from birth to the end of Reception class. There are four overarching principles of EYFS. These are:
A Unique Child: Every child is unique and develops at their own pace and their own individual ways.
Positive Relationships: Children learn to be strong and independent through loving and secure relationships with their Carers, Parents, Teachers and other family members.
Enabling Environment: Children learn and develop in environments wherein their experiences respond to their individual needs.
Learning and Development: When all the above three needs are catered for, children will learn, develop, thrive and progress.
