Welcome To Secondary Campus
At the Secondary, we provide a holistic education in a positive and a safe learning environment. We focus on imparting strong moral values among our students, promoting innovation, embracing diversity, encouraging equality of opportunity and creativity in our students. We focus on high academic achievements and balance them with a robust extracurricular plan so that our students develop their talents as well as their academics. Home to approximately 1400 students, the Secondary offers Cambridge Curriculum at Lower Secondary, IGCSE and GCE A Levels.
School Facilities
Together with classrooms designed with student safety in mind, the Secondary has 6 Science Labs and 2 ICT Labs to equally cater for boys and girls who study in separate but nearby campuses on UN Road. The school also boasts of Olympic Size Swimming Pool and an attractive sports field.
Academics
ALMIIS Secondary offers the Cambridge Lower Secondary at Years 7 – 9 offering Maths, English, Science and other supporting subjects like Global Perspectives. At Years 10 – 11, the school offers the Cambridge IGCSE Curriculum, allowing students to select from a range of subjects that match their career interests. At Year 12 – 13, the school offers Cambridge GCE A Level preparing students for University Life.
Events And Activities
The School extra-curricular activities give an opportunity to the students to develop their leadership abilities, organizing and planning skills which serve them well when they apply for their universities. Secondary is famous for its success at regional and international debate competitions as well as at the MUN programs. The school has recently launched its own MUN programme as well as the TEDX. Activities at Secondary include Swimming, Sports, Model United Nations, Islamic Council, STEM Club and Debate Club.
